Amitabh Bachchan was also impressed by Nimrat's performance and praised the actress fiercely on social media. The film questioned age shaming and said that age is never a hindrance to learning and doing something. This theme was liked by the audience. Be it industry or society, age is talked about everywhere. Nimrat has also openly expressed her opinion on this.

Apart from Hindi films, Nimrat Kaur is slowly making her mark in Hollywood. Talking to Times, Nimrat said about the age bias 'There is always tagging about age. You are too old or too young to do anything. Whereas age is just a number. I know some intelligent people who are young at heart, full of energy but in old age. Whether it is a woman or a man, age is a peculiar way of looking at a person and understanding it. I strongly believe that age has become very old and old fashioned'.

Challenging to lose weight for 'tenth'
For 'Dasvi', Nimrat Kaur had increased her weight by about 15 kg, and losing weight later became a challenge. The actress told that it was very challenging for me to lose weight after "tenth" because my coffered muscles were injured. My coffee was torn, also known as tennis leg, and it was very painful.

Nimrat has not been able to come to the normal routine yet
