-Choco Chick Pea Balls

Ingredients:

Roasted gram dal 1 cup

Dark chocolate 1/2 cup

Cocoa powder 1/4 cup

Milk chocolate 1/2 cup

Silver balls (for garnishing) 10-12

Process

Lightly roast the gram dal in a pan without ghee or oil. Finely chop both the chocolates and put them in a bowl. Keep the water warm in a pan, now place this bowl in the pan in such a way that the bowl fits well in the pan. Stirring continuously, cook till the chocolate dissolves completely. When the chocolate melts, turn off the gas. Now mix gram dal and cocoa powder well in this melted chocolate. When it cools down a bit, make balls of the desired shape. Serve garnished with silver balls. If you want, you can melt both chocolates together in the microwave for 2 minutes.

-Peanut Balls

Ingredients:

Shelled peanuts ½ cup

Sugar 1/2 cup

1/4 cup finely chopped nuts

cardamom powder 1/4 tsp

Ghee 1 tsp

Process

Grind groundnut seeds and sugar together in a mixer on pulse mode. Heat ghee in a pan and put the ground mixture in it, cook on low flame stirring continuously till the mixture thickens. When the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan, mix dry fruits and cardamom powder and turn off the gas. Make balls and serve while lukewarm.

-Almond Coconut Balls

Coconut flakes 1 cup

Milk Made 1/2 cup

Finely chopped almonds 1/4 cup

Almond powder 1/4 cup

dried rose petals 2

Ghee 1 tsp

Process

Mix all the ingredients except rose petals and ghee together in a bowl. Apply ghee on your hands and make balls from the prepared mixture. Crush the rose leaves a little and serve after sticking them on the prepared balls.

-oreo balls

Oreo Biscuit 1 packet

lukewarm milk 1/4 cup

Milk powder 1 tsp

white choco chips 1 tsp

coconut flakes 1 tsp

Process

Separate the Oreo biscuit from the middle and separate the cream with a spoon. Grind all the biscuits finely in a mixer. Now mix milk, milk powder, chocolate chips, and coconut flakes well in this ground mixture. Now make balls of the desired shape from the prepared mixture.
