Big B has myasthenia gravis autoimmune disease. They are very cautious in managing this health condition. Amitabh Bachchan neither smokes nor drinks alcohol. He also gave up non-veg food many years ago. He eats simple food and never skips workouts.

Big B consumes Amla juice and Tulsi,

does yoga, pranayam, and eats desi food. In one of his blogs, he says that his day starts with a workout. After the gym, he eats fruits like dates, apples, and bananas. Amitabh Bachchan sometimes eats porridge and sometimes scrambled eggs, milk, protein drinks, and almonds for breakfast. After this, they consume Amla juice, dates, basil leaves, and coconut water.

Simple Lunch and Light Dinner

For lunch, Amitabh Bachchan eats a simple meal that includes salad, vegetables, and roti. But they eat dinner early and take light food. Dinner consists of soup or paneer bhurji. Amitabh Bachchan does not sit in one place continuously but gets up and walks every 20 minutes so that blood circulation remains good.
