At the same time, NCB's sword hanged on many B-town celebs in the drugs angle that came out during the investigation of this case. Now in this entire case, Narcotics Control Bureau i.e. NCB has filed its charge sheet in NDPS Special Court today. According to the news, the NCB has prepared a 50,000-page charge sheet regarding the drug case.
33 people accused including Riya
Riya Chakraborty's name has been included as the main accused in this charge sheet. Along with this, the NCB has also written the names of several drug peddlers on the charge sheet. Overall, the NCB has accused 33 people, including Riya, as accused. At the same time, NCB has given a copy of 12,000 pages of this charge sheet, while 50,000 pages have been submitted in digital format.
Charge sheet based on these pieces of evidence
The charge sheet prepared in the drug case has been prepared by the NCB based on electronic equipment reports, witnesses, drug seizures, and forensic reports. This charge sheet has been filed by NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede in the court.
Shraddha and Sara's name may be included
According to information received from NCB sources, a supplementary charge sheet can also be filed in the court three months after the filing of the charge sheet. This may include the names of Shraddha Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan as NCB also found evidence against them which is under investigation.
Significantly, in June 2020, Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his flat. After which, a debate broke out in the Bollywood industry about nepotism, but then this debate turned into a drug case. The investigation into the drugs case revealed the names of several B-town celebs. Riya Chakraborty and her brother Shovik Chakraborty were also arrested in this case.
