Our body gives us some clues before any disease starts, which indicates that there is no onset of any disease. Many times we ignore severe symptoms and think that these symptoms are common. But we should keep in mind that very important parts of the body like the heart, kidney, liver, etc., give us some indication before the disease.

Some time ago we told you about the signs of heart disease and now we are going to tell you about some signs of heart disease. We talked to Jyoti Garg, fitness coach, yoga instructor, nutritionist at the Ministry of AYUSH, and founder of Yogaplanet Nutrinaturals, according to him that our body shows us many symptoms before heart disease starts.

1. Indigestion or abdominal pain-

Sometimes sudden indigestion or abdominal pain starts and it remains constant. It may also happen that once or twice a day you have a bad stomach, but it may also be that the problem persists for several consecutive days when there is no change in your diet, etc. If something like this has happened, then you have to keep in mind that you must get a checkup done by a doctor. This problem is more common in women than in men. He sees these symptoms first.

2. Frequent dizziness-

If you feel that again and again, you feel dizzy. Mind control is not there, and again and again, it seems that if you just faint now then it is a matter of concern and also a symptom of heart disease. In some cases, it also indicates a malfunction of the nervous system or backbone or brain clotting, but if heart disease is about to start, it can be a symptom. Whatever may be the reason, it is not right, and ignoring it is like playing with health. If you see any such symptom, then consult a doctor.

Keep in mind that once or a few times the dizziness is due to a problem of eating or drinking or due to BP, but if it is persistent, then it is a matter of concern.

3. Excessive fatigue-

The next symptom is fatigue. Tiredness is not so tired that you have done a lot of work but also that you are not able to understand why this is happening. It is difficult to work all day and you start panting when you get up and down. In such a situation, your heart is pointing you to pay attention to your health and contact the doctor.

4. Sudden snoring - Sleeping

Many times people snore because of sinus or due to the shape of their nose, but if you do not have any of these problems and suddenly started snoring, then please consult a doctor.

When we snore, our breath stops and if your snoring has started suddenly, seeks the advice of a doctor.

5. Swelling of feet, ankles, and soles-

Constant swelling in the feet can be considered a sign of both kidney and heart disease. When our heart is not able to pump blood properly, the blood cannot reach these organs properly. In such a situation, there is a feeling of swelling and bloating starts on the soles of your feet and the ankles, feet, and soles. In such a situation, if you feel that there is persistent swelling in the feet, then please consult the doctor.

6. Rise and fall of heart rate and pulse rate

Your heartbeat can tell you whether heart disease is starting or not. The sudden rise and fall of pulse rate can also predict this. You suddenly get nervous and your heart beats fast. If you are afraid of something, have run too much, are very excited, then it is normal, but if you are sitting as you normally do and suddenly you feel nervous, sweating and your heartbeat becomes abnormal then it the symptom is not correct.

Some other symptoms-

Apart from these, there are some other symptoms of heart disease like-

  • Chest pain
  • Breathlessness
  • Frequent numbness or weakening of the arms or legs
  • Left-arm pain and numbness
  • Upper abdominal or backache

If you are seeing any such unusual symptom then it is better that you do not delay in consulting your doctor. Keep in mind that sometimes eating or drinking, running, running, fearing, or having a BP upside down also cause such symptoms, but if you continue to have such symptoms then it is important to seek the advice of a doctor.
