Urad Dal - 1 cup, Flour - 2 cups, asafetida - pinch, red chili powder - 1 tsp, mango powder - 1 tsp, turmeric - 1 tsp, coriander powder - 1 tbsp, green chilies - 2-3 chopped, salt - Coriander finely chopped, as per taste

Method :

- After keeping the urad dal in the sun for 2-3 hours, grind it and make a dough. Now mix wheat flour in it. If there is one cup of urad dal flour then there should be 2 cups of wheat flour.

Now add green chili, green coriander, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, mango powder, asafoetida, and ginger. Put it

Now knead the dough by adding water and keep it for 10 minutes to set.

After 10 minutes, roll the pooris with small dough.

Now fry the puris till they become golden brown.
