Recently Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has announced for girls. In this announcement, CM Manohar Lal Khattar has announced that passports will also be provided to college students on the completion of their degree. The entire process of making passports will be completed in the college itself. Simultaneously, CM has also announced a program named 'Har Sir Helmet'.

Helmet distributed to students
CM further said that the state government has decided that all the students should get passports along with graduate degrees from their institutions. At the same time, under the 'Har Sir Helmet' program, the CM also provided learning driving license and free helmets to the students.
He also announced that the license will be given to 1000 students in all the Vidhan Sabha, the reason being that children can be informed about traffic rules in a better way and make them aware. He also said that learning licenses would be given to make them aware of traffic rules. CM Khattar further said that every year a large number of road accidents occur and there are 1300 accidents daily and the lives of those who drive without helmets are lost.
