1/2 cup yogurt
For the main dish
1 cup cold water
1 teaspoon Vegetables
1/4 teaspoon soda
1 tsp Himalayan salt
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
1/4 cup sago
1 tablespoon Samak rice flour
Chopped green chilies as needed

In a large bowl add sama rice, sago powder, yogurt, salt and mix it well. Leave it like this for 2 to 3 minutes. After this, add some water and mix it well. Now add green chili paste over it and mix it well and keep this whole mixture aside for 5 to 10 minutes.
If you find this whole material a little thick, then you can add some more water to it. Add water to it and whisk it well. Keep in mind that the batter of Dhokla should be soft and creamy. Now pour lemon juice on top of it and keep it mixed.
Take a plate and put a layer of oil in it. Now put the prepared material on it, you have to put it in such a way that its size is equal from all sides. Take two glasses of water in a large pan and heat it well. After this, place the plate on top of this pan and cover the top. Let it cook in steam for at least 10 to 15 minutes.
After cooking for a while, take a pan and add some oil to it. Allow the oil to heat, put large slices of green chilies in the hot oil and add cumin seeds and temper it.
Your dhokla is cooked. Cut this spongy dhokla into your desired shape and add a pan of hot oil in which the cumin and green chilies were added. Add this dhokla to it and mix well. Your delicious spongy dhokla is ready, garnish it with slices of green chili and green coriander and serve it hot with your favorite chutney.
